For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. We do not accept returns on any items once they have shipped. Please make sure to review your order carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
•Cancellations: Refunds are only available for orders canceled before shipping. Please contact us immediately at ben@mmjokc.com to cancel your order before it ships for a full refund.
• No Refunds After Shipping: Once an item has shipped, we do not offer refunds. We only replace items if the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
• Reporting Issues: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ben@mmjokc.com within 72 hours of delivery with a detailed description and photos of the damage or defect.
• Replacements: Replacements are provided in lieu of refunds for damaged or defective items. We will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you once the damage or defect is verified. Proof of damage or defect via photos and email is sufficient; you do not need to return the item.
